  • The Listing Agent (me) — representing you, the seller, with full fiduciary duty
  • The Buyer’s Agent — bringing the buyer and representing their best interests

If a buyer comes directly to me without an agent, I’m still legally bound to act in your best interest. Dual agency — one agent representing both sides — is rare in Arizona, but it carries extra responsibility and legal considerations I take seriously.
