My real estate journey started young—I bought my first home at 23 in Saskatoon, SK. With over 20 roommates (yes, really!) paying the mortgage, I quickly learned how powerful real estate can be when you understand both the numbers and the lifestyle it can create. From building a four-plex to buying during the U.S. crash, I became a Realtor and landlord on both sides of the border. Today, I still own and manage 16 rental units while helping clients build wealth through smart real estate moves.

In 2011, I moved to Scottsdale From SK Canada and never looked back—drawn in by the low taxes, stunning homes, amazing community, and endless sunshine. Whether I’m remodeling a home, running investment numbers, or negotiating top dollar for a seller, I’m always thinking five steps ahead.

But my story isn’t just real estate. I grew up on a grain and cattle farm in Saskatchewan, where I learned the value of hard work and showing up for others. I was also a Health & Wellness Consultant—owning a GNC franchise, running a gym, and helping clients with fitness, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle strategies. That same drive to help people feel their best is what I bring to real estate: empowering clients to make confident, well-informed decisions that support their lifestyle and financial goals.

Today, I live and breathe Arizona real estate. I create market updates, educational content, and fun videos to keep my clients informed and inspired.
