Jay Bru

I grew up on a grain and cattle farm in Saskatchewan, Canada where I started working at a very young age. I purchased my first real estate at 23. I knew that real estate would be a long-term fit for me. Not only do I enjoy investing in real estate myself, but my true passion is sharing my knowledge with others. I take pride in educating and assisting my clients in finding great investments. I know how to find great opportunities and how to determine if these investments are a good financial and personal decision for them. My favorite part of real estate is the moment where I see my clients find their perfect home.

I believe that taking each of my clients from the start to the finish line when purchasing a home is vitally important. My ability to communicate effectively and often gives them the confidence to trust my knowledge and work ethic to be assured that the house they WANT will be the home they LIVE IN.

I have owned several businesses, including GNC, Anytime Fitness, and my own real estate business in Canada. After years of investing in Saskatchewan, I expanded slowly to Arizona, Nevada and Florida. I now sell real estate full time while growing my investments.

I live in Scottsdale but enjoy getting out of town on weekends to go to the lake, hike and travel. Being in the fitness industry for so long – I also enjoy sports, working out and fitness classes. I also love spending time with my friends and family.
